And why have I not blogged for a year?? Eh, two birds. Here we go:

So, like, I have significantly more time for the important things in life — like television — since I became a freelance designer, which makes me really happy because it's the little things, you know?

I've been getting my binge-watch on and oh HOLY HELL I LOVE THIS. Bryan Cranston is so good at this it hurts — which makes me doubly happy because he was SO good at comedy, too. That's the kind of range only the extremely talented/borderline insane are capable of. Like Robin Williams. But, funny. Equally baddass.

So I'm still on season 2 (which has felt reallllly long, but I'm not complaining) and Walt's wife finally gave birth but she's being a total boner. 

Yeah so you're going to be subjected to more talk about this, but a few observations so far:

1. I have such a mad respect for science 24 hours into this binge now that somehow my chemistry classes and summers at nerd camp weren't able to inspire, and I don't even know if half this shit's true. I mean, I read everywhere that meth is so easy to cook that pretty much any hillbilly with a kitchen and a bunch of beakers laying around can do it, but poor Jesse (poor, hot Jesse) doesn't seem to have much luck when he tries it. And that part where Walt's all "yeah, well this isn't meth" and BOOSH he essentially throws a Super Mario-esque fireball in Tuco's...office (is that what that is?)? Yeah. ZOMG my that was soooooo epically baddass and may not even be possible in nature but I don't even care. Science just got even cooler than it was. 
2. I'm happy everyone driving in New Mexico has those yellow license plates. Didn't they change it several years ago to some lame plate with hot air balloons on it because of that festival in 'Querque? Whatevz - the yellow ones are more baddass and this show keeps it real. Props on that. 
3. I'm not too proud to admit I thought until Googling that Badger was Jake Epstein, and had kinda just let himself go. I AM ASHAMED, however, to discuss why I know who Jake Epstein is. 
   
    On that note, I'm gonna go see what the rest of the cast of Degrassi: The Next Generation is up to. But I'll be back. In the meantime, here's this ridiculousness from Etsy. <3

I want to hate the premise of these sites because they feel like the Amway of online shopping but I'll be damned if they don't have some cool stuff, like this completely necessary shower curtain I got at Joss & Main last month (coincidentally also under the member name of yellowlovesgray, *cough*).

I'm not bothering to hyperlink that to the actual transaction (instead, I'll go ahead and link to the artist's Etsy shop and somewhere else you can buy the shower curtain*) because the nature of sites like Fab and Joss & Main is that you have to sign up before you can actually view anything, then merchandise is sold by curated collection and once that collection's done being on sale it's no longer available on the site. I don't know what this concept is called but I should hate it more than I do. Especially since they practically prey on me via Facebook information and cleverly design their ads based on things I actually like so I'll click on them.

Whatever. One day I'll just not click, and I'll show them. I'll show them all.

I don't care for when we "spring forward." There's just something unnatural about there being sunshine outside until 9 p.m. And, I miss wearing scarves and hats when it gets hot, which is the truly important issue here. Perhaps treating myself to fresh flowers once a week would help. Do flowers kill cats? Probably. And, my cat eats everything. So, I just went and talked myself out of liking spring again I guess. I'll just enjoy it through pictures.
